Remarkable sighting this morning at Ferry Meadows while watching the hoards of thrushes passing. A female flew west at 07:55.

With winds going around to the east the migrants were flooding through Ferry Meadows this morning. Among the many Redwing, Fieldfare, Skylark and others giong through a party of 4 Brambling went wheezing past.

A female or immature flying along the river between Elton Bridge and the lock as we walked around this evening.
